I wasn't planning to buy the Switch 2 due to its price, but after trying it, it's become my most-played console. Here's why Nintendo's "limited" OS is actually a feature, how the pricing makes sense, and why playing my Switch 1 backlog finally feels good.
Nintendo Switch 2 introduced Game-Key Cards and I hate it. These fake physical games are just plastic cartridges with license keys that force you to download the full game anyway. It's killing game preservation and Nintendo knows it but doesn't care. Just another corpo move to save money while pretending to support physical media.
